Melanie & Scotty's Phenominal Clintonville Ravine Craftsman

Every once in awhile I walk into a home that just blows me away. This is one of those homes... I really like Craftsman Bungalows and when Melanie & Scotty (Buyers I was working with) and I walked in to this home, it was clear this was the home for them. Situated on the top of a hill in Overbrook Ravine in Northern Clintonville, it is an extremely private and restful location. Inside has an incredible layout and nicely updated with original character preserved. I suspect living there for them will be like being on vacation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for 365 days a year. Melanie & Scotty closed on the home yesterday and will move in next week. Congratulations to them!
