Home Improvement: Dining Room Ceiling

Taken this morning, this is my dining room, which is getting a few improvements starting today. I am having the electric moved to the center for a new light fixture (pictured inset) and the ceiling re drywalled for a flat finish (there is a preexisting rough texture and previous water damage from around the chimney). As usual, I will take pictures to document the progress and post the before and after.
