Staging

Having the second set of eyes to focus on just the presentation of your home has become a vital part of our business. Something as simple as how a bed is made can really elevate a space and make it much more appealing.

It starts with our Stager doing a preliminary walk through of your home, while taking photos and getting an idea of the space and what they have to work with. A detailed list is then provided to the owners on suggested items to move/remove from the home, suggested home maintenance and other items like switching out dated light fixtures or something as simple as making sure light bulbs match in color temperature. In a Partial Staging, the Stager may use only existing items in the home and rearranging them or they may bring in items like bar stools for an island, neutral bedding, accessories for book cases or lamps for bedside tables. A Full Staging is just that, where a Stager will furnish rooms of a home to compliment the space and make it more appealing to Buyers.
