CONGRATULATIONS to German Village’s newest homeowners and my new friends, Allison & Chris! Relocating from Philadelphia can be quite intimidating and we started discussing their search mid 2022. After several FaceTime showings, lots of not great homes, getting in a few home off the market and losing in multiple offers, “the one” finally came along at the perfect time (as it often does). This is seriously one of the most beautiful German Village homes I’ve ever seen! Buying a home via FaceTime isn’t for everyone and it takes a lot of trust throughout the process, in fact, Allison did not see the home until 6 days ago and described it as “even better in person”.
