HER, REALTORS® URBAN LIVING

A little over month ago, I was invited by HER, Realtors® marketing team to discuss a new approach for marketing homes in the Urban Neighborhoods of Columbus. The first part of that approach was to create a sign that was unmistakably HER, Realtors® but with a new twist and address needs specific to these neighborhoods (less front yard space, needs to be able to be seen around parked cars, etc). The new signs were to be black in color. Why black? The color black is bold, it’s timeless, but also modern. The color black is not easily misunderstood, and in design it’s dramatic and helps create a feeling of certainty. Born from these meetings is what now will be called “HER, Realtors® Urban Living”. The sign is the only the first step of this new approach and will be utilized by HER agents in around the Urban Neighborhoods of Columbus in the next few weeks.
