Clintonville developers select Real Living agents

"Developer Walhalla Development Group LLC has chosen Real Living HER agents William Robbins and Niels Oomkes to market a 20-unit, $4 million condo project in Clintonville.

The four-story Terraces on Walhalla, at Weber Road and North High Street, includes one-bedroom residences beginning at $199,000.

Three-bedroom condominiums in the project will top out at $390,000.

Contractor LCH&R LLC will begin construction of the units in January. The project is expected to be completed by November 2008.

Fifth Third Bank financed the $725,000 site acquisition and will finance the $3.5 million construction project overlooking the Walhalla Ravine.
