"Bill goes above and beyond what was required. This seems an easy thing, but it is not. This is especially true when you have two first time home sellers who are eager, nervous, and excited to buy their first home together and sell the bachelor pad. Bill promptly responds to emails, text messages and phone calls. In short, he is available and he makes you a priority. Additionally, he is honest. Bill will provide you with his opinions, when asked (we begged for them!), on both how to ready your home for selling and suggestions related to the purchase of a new home. He is experienced and he is knowledgable about real estate and about home renovations. Additionally, what Bill does not know, he tends to know someone who knows - for example, Bill suggested we fix an overhead light that had unsightly visible cords and do a little ceiling work in our home prior to selling, he also suggested the handy man and electrician to cheaply and correctly perform the work. These suggestions made an impact in our sale and served to assist us in getting the work done. Bill even met workers at our home when we were unable to do so to ensure the work was completed before a showing! Bill eases home buyer/seller tensions with honest feedback and his hard work.
